Sublime: Sleep Manifestation

Sublime: Sleep Manifestation (the "App") is operated by Lunaire Labs LLC ("Lunaire Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used and protected, and the choices and rights you have. What you tell Sublime about the life you want is personal, so the App is built to keep it on your own device. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The App requires no account and no sign-in. Your name, your intention answers, your nightly manifestations, your streak, and your listening history stay on your device. One thing leaves it, over an encrypted connection and only to create tonight's manifestation: the text needed to write it. It is not used to build a profile of you. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics service, and no tracking across other apps or websites. We do not sell your data.
Your intention and your manifestations (kept on your device). Your first name, your answers to the intention questions, the nightly manifestations the App writes for you (personalized bedtime stories), your favorites, your streak, and your morning check-ins are stored on your device. We do not operate accounts or servers that hold this content.
Writing your manifestation. When the App creates a new manifestation, it sends your first name and the relevant intention text over an encrypted connection to an AI language-model provider (currently OpenAI and/or Anthropic) so the text can be written. This is handled under the provider's API terms, which do not permit using it to train their models; providers may retain API inputs briefly for abuse monitoring before deletion. When generation is unavailable, the App uses its built-in library and nothing is sent at all.
Usage data stays on the device. The App keeps a small log of product events (for example, that a manifestation was played) in a local file on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, contains no identifiers, is capped in size, and is removed by "delete everything." There is no third-party analytics SDK in the App.
Purchases. If you subscribe, Apple processes your payment, and we never receive or store your payment card details. Through our subscription provider, RevenueCat, we receive your subscription status, purchase history, and an app-generated anonymous identifier so the App can unlock and restore what you paid for. This identifier is not linked to your name or your intention answers.
Notifications. With your permission, the App schedules a local bedtime reminder on your device. Its content is created and delivered on the device and is not sent to us.
The widget. The home-screen widget reads tonight's title from shared storage on your device. Nothing about it leaves the device.
Your intention answers, manifestations, streak, check-ins, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage, inside the App's private container. Because Sublime has no account system, there is no separate copy of this content on Lunaire Labs servers, and we cannot read it, recover it, or hand it to anyone. Text sent out to write a manifestation travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and is processed by the provider only for that purpose. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers, each of which receives only the information needed to perform its function:
Each provider is bound by its own terms to protect what it receives and to use it only to perform its function. We do not authorize any of them to use your content for advertising or to train models on it.
Sublime is a relaxation and motivation app, not a healthcare provider, and it does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders or any other condition. We are not a "covered entity" under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), so information in the App is generally not "protected health information" under that law. We nonetheless treat what you write about your life and your goals as sensitive: we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and no analytics service ever receives its content. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your intention answers or manifestations for advertising or marketing. We share information only: with the service providers listed above who process it on our behalf; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users, the public, or Lunaire Labs; or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because your content lives on your own device, you already have direct control over it. You can:

If you are a California resident, you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request that we delete or correct it, and exercise the rights described above. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not knowingly process the personal information of minors for those purposes. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
You can permanently erase everything at any time from Settings → delete everything. This removes your name, intention answers, manifestations, streak, check-ins, and the local usage log from your device, and it cannot be undone. Deleting the App also removes the data stored on that device. Apple and RevenueCat separately retain records relating to your subscription and purchases under their own policies.
Because your content is stored on your device rather than on our servers, it is retained until you delete it or remove the App. Text sent out to write a manifestation is retained by that provider only as long as its own terms allow — typically a short abuse-monitoring window — and is then deleted by them. We do not keep a copy.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will address it.
Lunaire Labs operates in the United States. The providers that write your manifestations may process the submitted text in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own. Your stored content remains on your device. By using the App, you consent to this processing, and where required we rely on appropriate safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above, and we may note significant changes in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
